Membership and 2011 Conference Registration Form

Use this form to join ASAO, renew your membership, and/or pay your registration fee for the 2011 conference.

PAYING BY CHECK: Once you have filled out the form, print it and send it by post, along with a check in payment, to:

NOTE: if you are paying by check in a foreign currency, please click here to check current exchange rates.

PAYING BY CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL: Save the filled-out form as a PDF and send it as an attachment to an email addressed to the Membership Coordinator and Treasurer. Finally, make your payment by credit card (via PayPal), following these instructions:

  1. Go to www.paypal.com and sign up, or login (for people who already have signed up)
  2. When you are logged in, a screen will pop up with account information. Click on the tab that says "SEND MONEY"
  3. When the next screen comes up, enter the ASAO Treasurer's Email address mmccutch@gmu.edu
  4. Enter the amount you want to send.
  5. Categorize the payment as "services/other".
  6. Click "continue".
  7. Review your payment and send it.
